Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What sets Crossroads Mobile Canning apart from other Mobile Canners?

A: All runs are conducted by the same person. This eliminates a multitude of errors that can occur with operators who might not be completely trained, had enough field experience, or maybe just don’t understand your facility. CMC takes pride in learning the differences between each customer and perfecting each run. Downtime and product loss are practically nonexistent.

Q: What is your MOQ for processing?

A: 10 bbl (310 gal) or more will receive no set up fee when invoiced. A small fee is associated with runs less than 10 bbl.

Q: Is Dissolved Oxygen testing available? What about Co2 testing?

A: All canning runs come with complimentary DO testing as well as Co2 testing, both at tank and final package.

Q: What size Cans are available for processing on your equipment?

A: 8oz, 12oz, 16oz, 19.2oz standard, 12oz sleek & 187/250ml slim.

A: 120V/20amp non-gfci.

Q: What types of products are you capable of packaging?

A: Nearly anything carbonated. Contact us for specific information on your product.

Q: How cold does my product need to be?

A: As a general rule of thumb, products should be kept between 32ºF- 38ºF for packaging on our equipment. Higher temperature ranges can be packaged, however some foaming and loss may occur.

Q: Does your equipment stay on the truck or come into the facility?

A: All equipment is wheeled into the facility. Approximate floor space required: 5’x15’ (no labeling) or 5’x20’ (labeling).
